Andy North

Often spotted in the wild, Andy North is author of the Wild Guide to the Isle of Man and enjoys helping people explore their outer landscapes and inner dimensions.  He spent many years teaching creative thinking and graphic design, whilst following his own fascinations to produce books, films, music, art and sculpture.

He currently owns Happy Explorer, which is a social enterprise that runs events and retreats that combine adventure, mindfulness, wildlife watching, music and elemental immersion.

In the past he has been part of the Ard Whallin Outdoor Charity Steering committee and he has also worked with charities including Isle Listen and the Children’s Centre.
